The first 3 star hotel where everything was great and fairly clean. The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from West Acres Shopping Center. The service was great, totally satisfied.

The hotel was clean. The location was comfortable and amazing, just off downtown Fargo. I truly enjoyed being close to West Acres Mall. I booked a king room with a pull-out couch, and it was an updated room.

Great place to stay near our son in college and shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and loved that it was across the street from a movie theater. Quiet atmosphere.

I tried to call the hotel to let them know I was not going to make it for the first night of my two night stay. I called them 13 times over a three hour period and nobody answered the phone. the next day I called the same number and it was answered right away.

Additionally, the location of this hotel is fantastic, with a movie theater and a variety of restaurants just a short walk away. It was convenient to have entertainment and dining options nearby, adding to the overall value and enjoyment of our stay.
